Kai’s a 20 year old trans man that has OCD but is unaware of it. His symptoms,
which include fear of contamination, unwanted thoughts and repetitive compulsions,
are out of control, causing him to self-isolate.  He is at his lowest point,
feeling unsafe, unwanted and unnatural, so the intrusive thoughts manage
to take over his entire life.
